We place the safety of our customers and employees as priority one.  Brookside Equipment is committed to be at your side during this difficult time.  To assist in this effort, effective immediately we are instituting the following measures:

 

Store Hours

Our store hours at all locations are as follows:

            Monday thru Friday    7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

            Saturday                     7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

 

Parts Orders

Orders may be placed through our stores by phone, fax or email.  Place orders directly online at www.BrooksideUSA.com/OnlinePartsOrders, USA (English).  If you don’t have an account, you will need to register. Visit our website for contact information. We accept most Credit Cards.

 

Equipment Orders

Free delivery on select John Deere equipment when purchased on John Deere’s Buy Online Website  www.JohnDeere.com/BuyOnline

 

Service Department

Our Service Department is staffed and ready to take care of your equipment needs. 

 

Curb Side Pickup

If you desire, when you arrive at your Brookside facility to pick up a “Will Call” order, call our Parts department phone and we will offer curb side service.

 

Store Visits

When you visit us in person, we kindly ask that you adhere to best practices which we have asked our employees to engage to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including:

  • Avoid shaking hands, "high fives" or other touching
  • Practice social distancing
  • Avoid congregating in a group setting and maintain a six-foot distance from others at all times
  • Use hand cleansing aids
  • Please follow CDC guidelines and self quarantine if you are sick or if you have been in contact with someone that is sick.
